i dont know how im going to get through ls2 and 3.. this test was a killer..

You may be disappointed but you PASSED ! You need to move on and just do your best. I doubt you would feel better if you failed so give yourself credit for making it and keep moving forward. The EC practice tests are worth every penny if you don't use them already. Hang in there.

What did you use to prepare for the exam? Let us know and maybe we can help you tweak your approach for the next couple of exams. :)

Ive been using Rn bridge program, practice test from EC and study guide 101.. I will be ordering the Saunders in the near future. I Havent been using the content guide from EC Its really hard for me to understand but, I am going to try and follow it for LS2 and LS3.. Any other suggestions would be helpful.. Thanks .....

If there are areas where you require more depth, it might not be a bad idea to invest in a corresponding textbook. I don't think LS2 or LS3 (Nursing Concepts 5 or Nursing Concepts 6 when I tested) were necessarily more difficult than LS1 (the former Nursing Concepts 4), but they covered different subject areas in which you may or may not be strong. For example, if you know endocrine is a weak area (I think that's on LS3), I'd recommend a textbook for deeper study (not even necessarily the exact one, but maybe like an "Endocrine Made Easy" or something, you know what I mean?). I also think a lot of people have a tough time with the psych portion of LS2 ... goodness knows I was terrified of NC5 when I went to test, but I have a lot of background in psych as far as seeing psych patients way too often, and in college courses (psych 101, abnormal psych, that kind of thing), and it's always been an interest; bottom line, I shouldn't have worried as much as I did about that one (got an A on it). It's all about knowing your strengths and weaknesses and making sure you maximize your studying in the weaker spots.

Congrats on passing!!!
