Hello Everyone , I Interviewed With Baptist Main On 02/20/25 For Their Multispecialty RN Residency. They Explained To Me That In A Week The Recruiter Would Reach Out But I Have Yet To Hear From One. I Sent A Follow-Up Email On The 27th And Haven't Received A Response Yet. I Have A Friend Who Works ICU And He Advised Me That The Specialities Start Their Residency Next Week . And If You Interviewed For The Med-Surg Residency It Starts Later In The Month.

I did an interview for a unit this past Thursday. Haven't heard anything yet and haven't been offered any other interviews either. 🙏🏽 wishing u the best

Well, in my case, I only had one phone interview with the recruiter (39 min), that was on January 31st. On February 11th, my application only says completed. But they haven't called me from any hospital. I think that if they haven't called me, they won't send me any offers.

I read a discussion for a previous BH residency app cycle. About 3 weeks before the start date some applicants received a email notifying them the cohort was closed. By chance, has anyone received a similar email or any other updates?

So far, nothing. In my case, they never called me for a second interview and it was on January 31st. So I don't think I've gone to the second phase. The only thing I don't understand is why my application doesn't say "Not Selected" as it normally does when you're not chosen.
