Congratulations to you both! May I ask where or what kind of nursing program you graduated and if you have experience? I want more insight on what kind of candidates they are looking for

I don't mind sharing! I graduated in December with my BSN from an accelerated program in NY. My experience is home health nursing outside the hospital setting. Hope that helps! I told them I was open to any speciality if mine wasn't available

I guess also the clinicals at all the hospitals upstate and our capstone hours were considered too.

I hold a BSN(attended a Texas university prior to relocating to SFL) with bedside experience on a Med Surg like floor. I applied to the transitional residency. My offer is for L&D at Bethesda E.

I finished my ASN in December, it's been really difficult to find something this Spring for Residency in Miami. I don't have PCT or Student nurse experience but I do have amazing customer service and leadership background. Do you have any recommendation for me?

Can you tell me more about your interview. Was it with hiring manager or still talent acquisition? Was it in person?

I received a phone last week letting me know that I there were 2 spots that I could choose from to interview. My interview was the next day with a hiring manger via zoom. She asked my a series of questions and then Informed me that I would have a response the following week.
