Hello! This is for any updates on the Baptist South Florida Spring 2025 Residency Program 🙂

When was your interview? Mine says 2/7 but I had an interview on 2/17.

My phone interview with the recruiter was on January 31st and on February 11th I got a completed application. I applied for another position and they immediately said I was not selected. I don't know if the residency application has anything to do with that.

I think that before I was given a job offer, I had to be interviewed by a manager from the floor that chose me. The program starts on March 27th, maybe they have already chosen the candidates and are waiting to do the second interviews at the beginning of March.

I know it's nerve racking but try to be patient. I believe managers still have until mid March to extend interviews/offers.

Haven't heard back after interviewing. Just waiting, I truly dislike my current job 😞

According to the description of the residence, they will be giving out news between February and March. In my case, it says completed but they are still accepting applications.
