Hey guys, I'm a little late to this conversation. Just joined allnurses! So I applied to the Versant program at Baptist - I got two interviews. A regular one and a panel one. Now I am waiting for a call back for an offer - I called earlier this week and I was told they have finished calling specialty and soon they will be calling for Med/Surg. Has anyone heard back? Any updates?

Hey, I went to 3 interviews - 2 at the ER and one with med surg, cardiac, neuro etc...they werre all panel interviews. Also waiting for a call but I guess if they already called specialties ER is out for me...now just wait for the med/surg call. Anyone else got a call from HR?

Hello, everyone

I know it have like a year for you guys. But I hope someone reply hahaha. I applied for this year in miami...I was called by the phone and now for a interview for med surgical floor. My problem is that I don't know how the schedule is they give very little info only that's is a 18 weeks. Can you please tell me how the schedule worked .... did you have to go everyday for the first weeks.

Yes you have class like 8-5 for the first couple of weeks

Did any of you get choosen? Thanks! I've had 4 interviews for Versant and did not get picked? I am wondering what I did wrong because they made it seemed like they liked me? Feeling dicouraged

I know I am about two years late to this post but I haven't been able to find another post about Baptists South Florida Versant residency program.. I can't find anywhere on their website about how to apply to the residency program. Anyone out there know how/where to apply? Thank you!
