For those of you already out there working, what good/ bad things have you heard about each? How do the benefits stack up? I've looked at Banner's online and there seems to be many choices, but are also kind of expensive for a family.
Do any of you work at Chandler Regional? What do you think of the working environment, management, etc? I've heard there have been a lot of call-off's lately b/c they're overstaffed...

I work at CHW right now and love it. I get great benefits and yeah the pension is good. I just got accepted to the accelerated SCC partnership program, but I think I will just pay my schooling and stay at CHW for the long haul. Plus I have worked here for 5 years as an EKG tech and will hopefully use that to my advantage when I look for a job.
That's great! I've heard so many good things about CHW. I'm really trying to compare the benefits between CHW and where I work now. So far everything looks very good but I haven't been able to find the pension information. That seems so important to me to help plan for retirement. Do you have anything you could email me on the pension? Thanks and good luck with your job.
