Hello,
I have an interview for banners new grad experience. I was wondering if anyone has gone through this, what the interview process is like, was there more than 1 interview. How soon did you hear back. What was the program like.. and any tips for the interview! So pretty much any and all information that you might have!
Thank you, your time is greatly appreciated!
Hi,
From my experience I was hired last Friday and one of the recruiting specialist contacted me yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon to set up an appointment for a physical and I was also sent some emails. I am not sure if they contacted me sooner because my start date is in a few weeks, do you know your start date is?
My start date is August 6th. The lady I interviewed with told me I'd receive a call the next day to schedule the appointment but I didn't get the call so I contacted them myself the next day before they closed and was told that it would be an email I would receive with instructions but that I wouldn't receive it for another week bc of my start date. Do you start before me?
Azsn4778, ASN,
I actually start August 6th as well, although I received a call to schedule an appointment for the physical/OH I still have to set up an appointment with the recruiting specialist (to give them copies of my info) and I have called multiple times, left a voice mail, and emailed so I would say they are probably busy .. but if you don't hear anything by tomorrow I would call the person that hired you and let them know you still have not received anything and you want to make sure that you have everything ready so it does not push your start date back...
Oh thank you! Congrats to you as well, I will be working at Banner Thunderbird, I actually had my last clinical rotation at Banner University and I really liked it, all the nurses there were really welcoming... will you let me know when you hear from Banner? I am hoping that they reach out by Friday

It's super busy! It's the 5th busiest ED in the US! I work in PCU Trauma and love it. I too was from out of state. You'll be just fine. They will train you well :). Let me know if you have any questions.
