If I were fortunate enough to get offers from both places, which should I choose? Location is about equally convenient, shifts are the same. Both offer similar orientation/training, I believe.
Does one hospital have a better reputation with respect to pay, benefits, ratios, turnover?
Obviously the specific manager/work culture is something I have to try to evaluate, but just wondering about the general advantages and disadvantages of each facility.
Thanks everyone!

I have known a couple people to work at good Sam and they had absolutely nothing but good things to say! I do not know anyone who has worked at Osborn so I can't give any words on that one!
