Is it possible to study for the NCLEX-RN and babysit at the same time?
I'm planning to take my exam on mid-January 2018.
Do you guys have a recommendation for a study plan or something if you were in a shoe of babysitting while studying for the NCLEX?
Because I really need to earn money.

If I am paying you to babysit my kids then NO I don't want you studying for NCLEX. Do it on your own time. Wash dishes instead... you're on the clock.

How much studying do you need to do? How many hours are you baby-sitting a week? I would think you could find time when you are not at work to study. That being said, I occasionally babysit my niece and will usually bring a book for after she goes to bed. Once she's asleep I usually have an hour or so before her parents come home and reading (school or pleasure) is a good way for me to be quiet and pass the time. I keep a baby monitor next to me so I can respond if she wakes.
If you are being paid to baby-sit I would check what the family is comfortable with. Also - the exam isn't until January! You can surely fit in a couple hours a week between now and then on your own time if the family isn't comfortable with you studying.

Are you asking if one can have a job (babysitting) while studying away from the job? In which case the answer is of course- almost everyone does. If you are asking about studying WHILE ON THE JOB- the answer is no, you are being paid to watch someone's precious child.
