B- in Microbiology terrible...

I feel I can squeak out at least an 80 to 82 overall course grade. Think that will have a huge impact?

So far 83 on my first exam, 58 on my 2nd, and a 83 on my third. Exams total overall is 65%.

Lab is 20% That includes participation, completion of lab book, and success in the unknown lab.

The cumulative final which is 15% of your grade.

B- in microbiology isn't terrible as long as you have other classes to balance it out.
