Hi everyone!

I'm starting this thread for applicants that have submitted/are in the process of submitting their application for Fall 2020. I'm hoping we can all get together and discuss our experiences with the whole application and potential interview process ?

I'm currently in the process of finishing up my application and am extremely nervous about hitting that Submit button once it's finished. I don't have the best overall undergrad GPA, but was able to redeem myself a bit with my pre-reqs GPA. I am hoping that my personal essay and references will help increase my chances of being accepted *fingers crossed*.

The deadline is in exactly a month and I would like to say good luck to everyone!

Hey @Vlam14! I also submitted my application close to the deadline. If I remember it was 9/29 I think cuz my professor took a while to submit my recommendation. I applied at the main campus, so I think they're still setting up interviews at the moment. :)

Can I ask how your interview went? like what did they ask and if they mentioned if this was the final interviews for the ie campus? :)

The interview was very much conversational. I had to do mine online and my interviewer was very nice! She asked questions like why apu, how I deal with stress and what made me decide nursing. We didn’t get a chance to go over my essay. A majority of the interview was talking about the program and really making sure you know what you are getting into because it is a big commitment of at least 4 years. I’m confident that there will be more interview requests sent out but I can’t say for sure so keep a look out. ?

Hey @Vlam14! I also applied very close to the deadline for the IE campus. And I just got an email back for an interview for this coming Wednesday.

I am very nervous for the interview, especially for the written portion. Is there any advice for those who recently had their interview? Thank you in advanced!

Hi! I submitted my app on 10/1 and received an invitation to interview last week. I applied for the main campus, but listed I would be willing to attend the IE and SD campuses as well. Does anyone know what the chances are of getting in if we interview? (for example do 50% of people who interview get in? Or does everyone get an invitation for an interview?) Also anyone know how many applicants they had this cycle?

Hi I also applied to the main campus 10/1 and SD as my back up. I have not heard about an interview and I am quite nervous. Do you think they will still send out invitations?

For the IE campus they said they have 25 open spots. Not sure how many actually applied but I believe they said close to 80 people. I dont know how many they actually interview verse applied. Just say positive.

You should try reaching out to your program representative and ask.
