I've noticed that there was not a thread for the AVC Spring 2021 nursing program and I wanted to make one so that anyone can share their thoughts and to give encouragement to anyone who needs it.
I've personally used a previous thread (AVC Fall 2020) which helped me figure out what I needed to do before I entered the program and the thread answered any questions that I had.
So don't be shy, ask any questions. If you have any questions for me I'd love to answer them. I hope all the best for everyone.
Denials get received by mail. Keep your head up! Yours may be coming! I was right there last semester. Didn’t get accepted ? BUT just makes sure you use that as motivation for next semester! Do everything you can to boost yourself up some points and apply with confidence in the fall!
You get an email with your denial, instead of a letter.. I got an email last semester
All I've received is the emailing confirming what I filled out, haven't received any packet or heard from the department. Hopefully we hear about our next steps early next week.
I received my acceptance letter on Thursday. Are we going to make a facebook group chat? I don’t use facebook much so I wouldn’t know how to do it but is there anyone that could do it and add people or however it works?
I can make a facebook group for the class. Will also look into making a "discord" channel for us to talk in. You can get that on your phone and computer as well. Super easy to use. Will update with FB info
