Avanti hospitals (East la, huntington, Memorial hospital of gardena, Coast plaza) Anyone here got an interview already? or maybe someone that knows their hiring process for new grad? any updates? thank you!

I also got an interview for next week, do you have any details about how it's going to be like? Do you know if its just with one person or a panel? I tried asking the recruiter but she was very vague. She just gave me the name of the lady to ask for when I get there. Let me know thanks!

When does the program start? How did you guys apply? I want to apply for the next round.

kit86: I wasn't able to get much info from the lady that called either. But I think it might be a panel. (not positive) Which hospital did you apply to?

blueorchid981: I think the program starts in March and I applied through the hospitals' website.

it was a panel interview.

at coast plaza its a panel interview, if hired on, i think the contract is a 1-2 years (forgot). Its a small hospital. Good place to get your experience and then leave. You'll get a lot of experience...if hired on to tele you'll be required to float to ER or ICU after your orientation and if hired onto med-surg required to float to tele. Pay is very low. good luck =)

@rnkarenla I applied at Gardena, coast and East LA. Yea for Gardena I heard and positive now that the interview is panel. Ill message u details.

The program starts end of march. If selected you will have to do all the pre-employment screening and stuff mid-march! Good luck!
