  5. @ll86 My Interview is next Thursday and I'm really nervous. It's good that its like a conversation. Do they ask you what unit you want or do they have an idea from what we turned in from the the letter of intent? I received some questions, hopefully they will help me! I really want this I hope both of us make it through! Fingers crossed!
  6. Hi! I also got an interview for next week, do you have any details about how it's going to be like? Do you know if its just with one person or a panel? I tried asking the recruiter but she was very vague. She just gave me the name of the lady to ask for when I get there. Let me know thanks!
  7. I heard that out of the 150 they chose for the first interview, 25 will be chosen for the second panel interview. Then from there 5 nurses.
  8. Hi Bailey.C My interview is later today. How did yours go? Were the questions accurate? im pretty nervous. Let me know THANKS!
  9. Your welcome! I believe in you and trust yourself! Believe me I was in the same boat as you with almost passing the first time. Honestly, I had to time and time again give myself pep talks in the mirror and pray and repeat bible versus in my head to keep my anxiety down. The last day before the test I mixed it up a little bit. I went to church, went over my entire Kaplan review book (fat book i got during kaplan course its like saunders) reread everything I highlighted one last time for about 2/3 hours then went out to get a massage and Disneyland (I have a pass) for a little to have some fun and keep my mind of the nclex. I came home reviewed the last chapter 18 in lacharity for 1 more hour before bed then got a good nights rest. My test was at 2 so the next day I woke up reread the other Kaplan strategies book, only the section on priority and then notes for 3 more hours, got a good meal and went for it. Trust me I cried a lot to get it out of my system, everyday before the test and one last cry right before the test In my car! I'm a baby I know! Honestly I told myself what's the worst that could happen? It didn't kill me the first time so I knew I was strong enough to face it again if it be. But you have to be proud of yourself for even having the courage to sit there a SECOND time. That's one accomplishment in itself! You got this girl TAKE YOUR TIME!! And pray! I brought him in there with me and even spoke to him during the test! (sounds crazy I know) but I remember u gave me versus the other time we spoke. I'll return the favor bc this is what got me through: Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight" and "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed". Goodluck! I hope my novel wasn't too boring! I'll pray for u!!
  10. Girl don't worry, I took my repeat this morning! GOT THE GOOD POP UP!!!! You'll be ok. Pray to GOD! I swear he was right there with me! Stopped at 110. I'm finally an RN! :))
  11. Hi ogold do those herbs reflect autonomic dysreflexia?
  12. THANKS!!!! fingers crossed! :)
  13. Well honestly I tool the nclex once before and Saunders is a little easier in terms of being straight forward. But it's great for content. If I could maybe suggest Kaplan? It's formatted exactly like the NCLEX and the questions are little more difficult. Some say more difficult then the nclex but which will only count with u and not against u! Good luck!
