I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

After the first interview my recruiter asked me to take a form, same as the one CGFNS asks the university to fill up, the one with the course hours, both theoretical and clinicals. After that she said she'll be able to forward my application.

After my initial interview, I waited at least a week or two, they sent me a Resume in avant format where I wrote all my skills, equipment used, cases handled etc. Sent them back. Currently, I'm still waiting for a call to schedule my final interview. It's been going to 4 weeks since I had my clinical interview.

Hi! What stage are you right now? I just had my clinical interview yesterday then they emailed me that I will have my final interview. How long did they contact you after your clinical interview?

It's been 2 months.

I had my clinical interview on Nov 14, 2019 and my final interview on Jan 29, 2020. Maybe because of the holidays.

They sent me a summary of the costs that I and Avant will shoulder. I think the next step will be their decision if I pass or fail the assessment.

Hello, I already had my final interview and I was approved, they have already sent me the contract to sign and send them back

When did u had the final interview? What kind of questions were u asked? How long did it take them to send you the contract after the final interview? Congratulations on joining Avant

I had the interview on the 22nd, and it was 1h and 8min long. She basically asks the things you do in your facility, abilities that you might or might not have, etc. On the 25th they sent me an email saying that I had been approved and on the 27th they sent me the contract.

They contacted me last night and scheduled me on February 7 for the final interview. *Fingers Crossed!

Thank you. I'm still awaiting my final interview schedule since last year November 22nd. I applied in November,wrote their exams November 14 ,n did d first interview November 22 ,submitted the resume 1st week in December.
