I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

OMG. So sorry I have responded for a long time. Maxim time is 1 week depending on workload. Exclude weekends

Avant sent me a mail 5 weeks after the clinical interview saying the can't continue my application based on the fact that my family is large, they did their calculations and concluded that I might not be able to afford the money for their transition

Are you serious??. I guess they have changed their modus operandi. I guess they have a lot of applications now compared to when we joined. If you don't mind, how large is your family?

Maybe, I have one husband and 4 kids of which 2 are already American citizens blc I had them their as twin

5weeks is far , didn't you inform them about your family before proceeding to clinical interview?

I guess not. Family is not a factor. I have seen same family size that went to the states with them

Like I said. They may be having a lot of applications on their table. More applications means strict screening
