Hello AL Family,
I was wondering if anyone in California has been found eligible to take the NCLEX-RN Exam and has also paid the $200 to Pearson Vue and still HAS NOT received their Authorization To Test? Well, I've been found eligible as of 10/3 to take the exam and was notified by paper U.S. Mail. I also paid the $200 fee to Pearson and HAVE NOT received my ATT. The California change to the new breEZe system has caused me nothing but a headache. I was told my the BRN that my electronic file was lost in transmission to Pearson Vue and that the BRN is working on such issues to fix it (whatever that means). They said that it could take a couple of days to a few weeks!
I've never, ever heard of such nonsense. Any one else going through problems? Ugh
Did you call NCLEX Candidate Services? When you register for PearsonVue for the first time, they tell you to call NCLEX Candidate Services in the fine print if you don't receive your ATT after your Eligibility letter. Technically you should have received your ATT within 24-48hr after the Eligibility letter from snail mail.
Hi, I have the same problem. Contacted pearson vue and they told me the school code does not match with the board. Contacted the board and they told me there is a breakdown with computer communication and that is why the code dose not get updated. I don't know what else to do they keep telling me to wait. I have been out of school since October 18 is going to be 2 months and they keep telling me to wait patiently . Can any one help!!!
It takes a good length of time to receive your ATT, you just gotta be patient. The liazon for pearson has absolutely NOTHING to do with the brn authorizing a candidate to test. I had business with them because there was a technical error between the 2 after my authorization was approved, as was the case with OP.
I will not be providing anyone with the number.
Hi Jmira. I am having the same problem. I called the BRN and they said I am eligible and that they already sent the eligibility approval to Pearson VUE. However, I didn't get my ATT yet. Pearson VUE said they didn't get my eligibility as well. I called BRN and they said that the problem was d/t email. They kept on connecting me to the liaison for Pearson at BRN but he does not seem to pick up. I already left 2 messages. Can you please guide me through the steps you took? I, too, am having technical difficulties because of an email problem and I wa wondering if you can help me out please. Thank you so much.
