Hello guys hopefully applicants will find this post and be able to connect. I'll start by saying GOOD LUCK to EVERYONE!

The deadline not being over is irrelevant. I am going off of my experiences with the school so far and to me it’s unorganized. A school that doesn’t notify applicants when a decision has been made or if they have been waitlisted is not a good thing. Also the program doesn’t seem to have a clear line of communication with their admissions department because if they did then the admissions department would be aware of the programs requirements. I say this because this is not the first issue I have had with the school during this application cycle. Each time I have had to call so that they can rectify a problem that should not have occurred. That is being disorganized. If I am wrong I will more than happily admit that but so far that is MY impression.
To everyone who is still waiting for your decision, give them time. The committee meets on a set schedule. They are also looking at BSN and DNP applications, not just MSN-CNL. The website is usually not up-to-date (the registrar's office is in charge of this, not Nori). If your GPA is above the requirement for a GRE waiver, then you should be fine. Even though the application is "incomplete," they are still reviewing it as long as everything else is sent through NursingCas.

Thanks so much for the info! Question: do you know if you can switch location preference after you’ve applied? ?

Unfortunately, no. If Athens is your first choice and it is full, then you go to Augusta main (if admitted). Athens gets filled up pretty fast since there are around 50 seats available.

Thank you! I applied to Athens because I’m interested in being closer to Atlanta, but I saw the school is located in a plaza(?) and it kind of turned me off from the location. I’m looking for a more campus feel, if that makes sense. But we’ll see!
Edited to ask if you have any personal preference/ can say whether one program location is better than the other? I’d be coming from Southern California so I don’t know much about either! TIA

Gotcha. The location is pretty interesting but it has been there for many years.
Personally, I like Athens since I had close interactions with the faculties. Parking is free and there are several good restaurants nearby.

me too. I took some non nursing prerequisite class and got a F probability because I miss the withdrawal date which I don’t want to ever take probability again. Is this for pre-licensure application?

If not, I would like to know since I am going to need time to study for GREs since my application deadline is in May.

The admission deadline is not even over yet. And I don't understand your conclusion that "the program is very disorganized" while you haven't been through it yet.
