Congratulations!! Did you find out via email or postal mail? Also, when did you receive your decision letter? I also applied and have been nervously waiting, with everything that’s been going on it seems like forever. Also what We’re your stats if you don’t mind me asking? Can you please share your GRE score and GPA. CONGRATS again!!

I found out today when I got the acceptance letter in the mail but it's dated 3/17. My GPA, 3.13, is low due to a rough freshman year but I got straight A's my last 2 1/2 years of college. My GRE was a 306. Thanks I'm sure that you will hear something soon!

WOW! you did good on the GRE! Yes I really hope I hear something soon, thank you for the info! :)

I got accepted to the Augusta campus! Anyone else going to that campus?

Congratulations! I'll also be at the Augusta campus!

Has anyone found anywhere to live?

I can’t figure out what campus I’m at ? I thought I applied to Athens but I think I got into the main campus but I don’t know where to find out?

For those of you who have recently gotten acceptance letters when did you turn your application in? I submitted mine January 15 but they lost my MAT scores and couldn’t find them until almost a month later. I’m getting nervous with all that’s going on and whether they are even still working in applications right now!

Once applications are complete the nursing dept committee reviews everything, makes a decision, then sends their info to the admissions dept (who updates the website and sends letters etc... this contributes to some of the lags in the process). I know the committee met in December before the holidays and was supposed to meet again sometime this month. I had my application in very early and was waitlisted (I think because I took two prerequisite classes this fall and they wanted to see those grades to make a decision). My admissions status was updated to “decision made- in mail” and it took almost two weeks after that until I got my waitlist letter. Still stalking my mailbox for any updates, although I don’t know if the committee even got to me in the Jan meeting or if they’ve even met yet!

Hey! Has a spot opened for you since you been waitlisted? If so, how long did it take to hear from them.

I applied early November and was put on the alternate list. I was wondering if any other alternates have heard anything yet? I know in past years most people in the Spring have found out in mid March and some during mid April so I am probably getting anxious a little too early.

I just checked and nothing has changed, I'm pursuing a different career path now though due to the development of a medical condition. Hope you hear soon! Good Luck!

Oh, but when I was still planning on doing nursing they did say to turn in my Spring transcripts so they could get a final GPA and that the final list is *usually* done by the end of May. Other than a select few that drop their acceptance last minute due to emergency situations.

Thank you and thank you for responding! I didn't even think to check the applicant status checker. It's been a while, so I just did and I now have an Augusta email. *fingers crossed* I also wish you the best of luck on your new endeavor!
