Hi everyone,

I've been a lurker on allnurses for years, and finally am finishing up school to move forward for my Associates at Broward. Unfortunately, they have totally thrown a monkey wrench in the pre-req requirements, and now I'm going to have to wait until Jan 2015 possibly to get into that program!!!!! I have all pre res done except for the new math, CHM and new Micro pre-req. This is devastating. I'm wondering though, is it possible to take the Micro and Lab in the summer and somehow slip in for the August 2014 program, or am i bananas?

Does anyone know for the central rn orientation on the 17th if we have to wear the leather shoes and our hair up ? I know we have to wear the scrubs ..

I guess if you're wearing the scrubs, you have to wear the leather shoes too, that's the uniform.

Do we have to wear our uniforms for the North campus orientation? The paper doesn't say...

I finished all of them just have to do the new one that was recently added as a requirement.

I signed up for it last night, just haven't started reading it yet.

You will get an email from each school and on 7/7 you pick classes for the one you want to go to, With the course numbers they provide you with.

Yeah they sure didnt. It would make sense that its for the LPNS but ya never know. Im gonna email her tomorrow about it

They talked about it in both meetings. The dean of RN from Central Campus went over it. But the new one is required. The reference code is 500458

Anyone got their emails yet. I read in a post that some received their emails from south yesterday. I have not received anything yet. Hopefully, today...

Emails have not gone out yet from any of the campuses. Health Science Admissions was still working on changing statuses as of this morning. In the meeting, they said by Thursday emails would go out.
