Hi everyone,
I've been a lurker on allnurses for years, and finally am finishing up school to move forward for my Associates at Broward. Unfortunately, they have totally thrown a monkey wrench in the pre-req requirements, and now I'm going to have to wait until Jan 2015 possibly to get into that program!!!!! I have all pre res done except for the new math, CHM and new Micro pre-req. This is devastating. I'm wondering though, is it possible to take the Micro and Lab in the summer and somehow slip in for the August 2014 program, or am i bananas?
I had gotten my immunization in another country. However, since I don't have the titer results, I may have to take them over so I can have the titers to submit along with my physical. Can someone please tell me the specific immunization that we need to submit titers for. Thanks
its already on the physical form. the page with all the immunization on them, just take it to drs 365 or where ever and tell them you need the inoculations not the Titers. Then when u get your results they should fill out the correct section showing when you got the shots with a copy of the labs
Okay so you need to have 3 copies for everything!
1.the one due for august 1 all lab work has to be original ( so yes any kind of receipt they give you or lab results is what you turn in. The certificates will be only copies not originals.
2.portfoio #1 will have only copies of everything no originals this is the portfolio that we will give our professor the day of clinical so she can check if we have everything intact to enter the hospital.
3. Portfolio #2 will be for you to keep for yourself, all medical forms and lab results will only be copies no originals. Certificates must be originals!
Hope that helps! Good luck!
