are ATI's rigged?

I just completed my nursing program (VN) and i have waited to take my ATI's until the end of the course. WORST CHOICE EVER!!! i have taken fundamentals, mental health, pharm, leadership,ob, peds, and med-surg AND i have not passed one single one. i have gathered tips from other students and tired my own study methods but now im thinking i am not cut out to be a nurse.. i have the knowledge i just cant seem to pass ati's! they seem rigged to me! is anyone else having the same trouble as i am?

As others have said, ATI is not rigged. As someone else suggested, do the ATI practice exams and read the rationales. In fact, when I was a student, our instructors made us take the practice exams. We then had to remediate. For every question we got wrong, we had to go through the ATI materials and write three take away points. Believe me when I say that your scores will come up the next time if you do that. It is time consuming but worth it.

We had to do ATI exams throughout the course for assignment grades and now that we are at the end, we are taking Procter test and Level 1 is 75% Level 2-88% Level 3-100% and they are for exam grades.

I've level 2 on all of them so far (Even Pharm!). All I have really been doing is taking all the ATI quizzes that I can and multiple times the night before.

Just wondering if paying the $400 a semester for the ATI account is a requirement for all your nursing programs? Seems a bit excessive to me. It's just extra studying material in addition to your nursing courses right? They don't require you to pay for the package because they will affect it to your overall grade in the course?

The only "Rigged" thing I've ever seen with ATI is my school who was only giving credit for your raw ATI score not the level achieved. They changed that to points awarded based upon levels, but it was super frustrating to get an 85 which is always level 3 and leave points on the table.

ATI is such a pain. Often times it contradicts itself in the book. Also, some of the rationales for the ATI quizzes are, "A is the answer because it is the answer." WHAT.

The only reason I bought ATI for LPN school and now the LPN-RN program is because both programs require us to get it. I keep telling myself that the payoff will be worth it in the end.
