I'll be taking nclex in two weeks and I want to know if anyone felt like the ATI review course and practice exams helped them pass nclex. Should I be doing questions and studying from other sources also (I have also been using the Kaplan and Saunders cd).

Personally I found the ATI to be the most helpful. I found that the Kauplan Saunders CD just confused and frustrated me more than anything. Remember to focus on safety safety safety. I found it most helpful because it is how we did a lot of studying throughout the LPN course so I was comfortable with using the ATI. As you study, remember, its just one test, one day out of your life. Remember to breathe.

I did ATI all throughout school and also the 3 day live review after graduation....but I also used the Saunders CD and the free website for NCLEX 3500. After 2 years of ATI, I just wanted to try something different. Plus, I thought the rationales were more thoroughly explained with the Saunders CD.
Good luck!
We used ATI throughout the nursing program also. So I am going to continue to use it as my main test preparation. I have been using the saunders and kaplan cd at times, they are both kind of confusing at times. Thanks szoller.

My school also used ATI and we did the live review. I can honestly say after 4 years of ATI it seems like all the questions are the same. That's why I started using the saunders and kaplan cd. What is the free website for NCLEX 3500 and was it helpful. Thanks julz68.
Although saunders questions are a little confusing at times they do give the best rationales.

Ati was very helpful! It is all I used, passed with 75 questions! Read the rationales, right answer and wrong answers. Take note of what you missed and read that area in your book.
The website is:

It's like the Saunders CD and also has very good rationales. Honestly, I used it a lot and it helped me. :)

The nursing school I went to used ATI. I did use other stuff like Saunders and Hurst to study for NCLEX but ATI helped a lot. I passed the NCLEX RN with 75 questions.
