Assignments!

Hi guys!

We are studying the different levels of RN in my role development class. I have an assignment where I have to interview a diploma RN, associate degree RN, BSN RN, and a APN. There are only a few questions. If you guys could help me out by just putting the level you are and answering the questions that would amazing.

Thank y'all so much!

1. How do you feel your educational program prepared you for practice related to the responsibilities of your first position as a registered nurse? Please use examples.

2. How has your practice changed since graduation? Include information related to current position (role) and specialty area.

3. Did you apply concepts learned in your educational programs as your role changed or did you rely on continuing education programs to assist you in adapting to your new role?

4. What suggestions might you have to improve your nursing education program to better prepare students to assume the role of the graduate registered nurse?
