what to assign to other RN type questions, also priority

Published

remember having a few of these on NCLEX.

Question would read a RN from [peds,ICU,maternity etc] has come to your floor when making assignments what patient should you assign to that nurse? Then list 4 patients...

Any tips? Or is it always just give the stable patient with a expected outcome?

Anyone have some examples?

Also the "which client should you asses/see/visit first" I.E priority, tips?

Sorry i don't have any tips. I am going to start reading my PDA by Lacharity Monday. Do you have that book? I think someone sent me the download PM me your email I can send it to you.

our teacher told us always to treat that new nurse like a brand new RN meaning you would have to give them the most stable patient.

hey frnds i am taking nclex in first week of april so if u dont mind than can u email me lacharity pls..i really appreciate your help...my email is [email protected]

thanks dear...

Ok so can you give some examples of patients who are most stable i seem to have problems deciding who is most stable given four choices of them...

fresh post op not stable? etc

hi blinky, when a RN is re-assigned to a different floor, I was taught to treat them as if their a LPN, meaning most stable patients. Also if you can provide some questions with "who would you see first", we would be able to help you...

I just remember them from my first time on NLCLEX.

What would be the best way to define "most stable" patient give 4 random options, any strategies?

Ie those with central venous lines, IV lines , or post surgery im guessing are not "most stable" ?

Hey can I get the LaCharity also? I would greatly appreciate it. My email addy is [email protected]
