Published

I am considering my MSN from Apsen Univeristy. Anyone have experience with Aspen?

I agree! I hope someone can give us feedback.

Yea price wise it looks like a good deal but I would love to hear more feedback from people who are currently enrolled. Please share your experiences

@ nenurse1 are you currently attending Aspen University?

Specializes in Hospice, Palliative Care.

Any updates from those attending Aspen in 2017? Thank you.

Great price, and while the nursing program is CCNE accredited, the school as a whole lacks regional accreditation. I'd probably steer clear.

Hello Aspen students of MSN program. Please update us on how your experience is with the program. Also, what are your views on their accreditation?

Really anxious and curious to learn about this school. Thanks!

Specializes in Outpatient/Clinic, ClinDoc.

Without regional accreditation, as others have said, I'd pass. It may not be a problem with most employers, but my last position (US govt) required only RA degrees. I think Aspen may be working on becoming RA, but I have not heard that they have succeeded yet.

I have looked into it and was really considering it but with out the regional accreditation you are basically stuck cause my understanding from schools is that it will not transfer. I am looking into Fort Hayes in Kanasas. Tutition is even less and they have national and RA

any updates on Aspen University? Looking into the MSN education track....
