I would be having heir interview already, any day from now. I would like to ask any idea or information on the way their interview goes?thanks in advance!

@ forbeisgunn...wow, when did you took the skills evaluation and initial interview? did you wait long to have your sked? thanks!

i got an information that they are already freeze hiring becoz my friend passed his application and they did not accepted it already. I hope we are not too late to have an interview with them for those who pass the exam, but as of now im taking my ielts exam and planning to apply in other countries which do not require experience

Wahhh...maybe they stop freeze hiring, considering that they have to attend to those who have passed the application and the initial exam.

i think that we just have to be patient. being able to passed their exams is already an accomplishment and it doesn't mean that we can expect their call/text for the interview asap. if you're trying to ask those who are deployed in hospitals recently, particularly in tertiary and known hospitals, the application process really takes long, for example in PHC, i have friends who started their training just last month, i think, after waiting for almost 2 years that already includes the exams, interviews, medical exams, etc. we can't really blame the hospitals esp the HR dept who are indulged for screening tons of applicants.

we just have to wait for our schedule and just continue to follow up your application from time to time, try applying to other hospitals for the meantime and look for productive alternatives. as of now, i'm currently waiting for a call from a tertiary hospital here in my place that i tried asking if they have some volunteer stuffs, etc. i was able to do my elective here and luckily, the staff are really down to earth even the head nurse. that's why when i needed to have a place for my IVT case completion, i asked if i can complete my cases there, and they scheduled me right after a week and charged me for only 500php, which was convenient to me because i have no plans for waiting 2 months in Martinez Hospital where i had my training just for case completion. though it is a tertiary hospital, what i love in here is that i can really work hands-on and the staff are pretty confident with what i can do. the HR personnel here even knows me because i was referred by the senior nurses, too bad the nuns who owns this hospital also have some referals, that's why they're referals are to be prioritized first and foremost. nevertheless, at least i am already looking forward for something that's really related to my profession and not just to any kind of job.

just be patient and keep your faith on it. if you're really into it, then believe it would be. :D
