I would be having heir interview already, any day from now. I would like to ask any idea or information on the way their interview goes?thanks in advance!

To miss anna, i cant send pm.. thanks for ur info.. :specs:im amazed that you got an answer frm AHMC, saying that we will be interviewed nxt year..

To nurseboy, previous applicants? hmm, i know some, now they're employed.. fortunately for them who have relatives working in AHMC..:icon_roll making application process way faster.. imagine in just 1 day they could all be lined up for "interviews" such as; in HR, Nurse manager, also with the chief nurse.. by couple of days "medical exams"..then original document filling & signing... After that viola! they're in..

For the regular applicants... :lol_hitti Fall in line...

Anyway i did try calling ms.madz she says, the priority list depends on the endorsement of Nurse manager...

But in all... wow AHMC can be really harsh if it takes 2 years :anbd:

when i had my first three interviews, i was overwhelmed with the last interview that i had (the one with the nurse manager). i thought after that meeting, i will be called up asap because the nurse manager didn't asked me any questions at all. she explained to me all that she expects from me, her rules, on how she wants her staff to be, etc. she said good things about me based on her observation, only asked me of how i felt in graduating with honors and why am i choosing the area that i prefer, and even if i still don't have any work experience yet, she gave me her assurance over and over again, that she'll be endorsing me to ms. mhadz because she wants me in her unit, and i'll be starting as a telemetry nurse, because even if i start working in the ward/s, the first area to be before ICU/CCU is the telemetry, which was her exact words (by the way, she handles all the critical care unit areas in AHMC, im up for ICU/CCU area). it was like an orientation over all, every thing seems well that day, and i already expected much from that interview. but God, till now, i haven't got any text message from them about the final interview. whenever i call m.mhadz to follow up my application, she just keep on saying that i'm still on the waiting list for the final interview, and that, there isn't any schedule yet for me.:o

my application just turned one this last december. i'm not yet contacted for the final interview.

when will be the next deployment?

the next deployment depends on wether or not nurses will resign... ms mhadz said fro those who have no experience yet, while waiting for deployment (which can take years) try to look for volunteer experience first cause they prioritize the ones with experience, after having the volunteer, submit a CEO to ms mhadz...

she said they're freeze hiring, is it true?

hello bettyboop. really?

i am planning to apply in AHMC as well but as a nurse trainee/ volunter position. do they accept?

i hope they're not. i've a plan in applying for the said hospital. hoping that they're still accepting complete requirements. :)

i think they are not accepting volunteers. they will give a list of requirements to pass and they would just call you for interview. for now, they told me "freeze hiring" and then said that they still have a pool of applicants that they want to process first before they start accepting again. not sure if this is true, for what heard you need a backer to get in asain hospital

omg, at least, our application will start to move on finally! :)

some may have a backer but it doesn't guarantee that they'll still get in if they aren't able to pass the application process, and it doesn't also mean that they'll be deployed asap. they aren't like "other hospitals" in metro manila.

just give it a try the moment they start accepting applications again.:D
