In Canada the licensing bodies are called colleges. If you attended nursing school in Korea you would have to have your education evaluated by the provincial college in Canada and they would determine if you are eligible to write the CRNE, which is the national nursing exam.Be aware that Canada requires a 4 year BSN degree as the minimum requirement for licensure as an RN.

Starting point if marrying a Canadian you will not get citizenship straight away but you will as long as you complete relevant paperwork and meet requirements (pass medical) obtain PR allowing you to live in Canada and work.
Secondly there are many threads here telling you how to apply for license to be a qualified nurse in Canada. Suggest a good read.
Starting point would be the college of Registered Nurses for the province you plan on living in. You will be required to pass a English exam and results submitted to the college before they examine your application as application must be complete. Depending on the province you may be required to go through some form of assessment before they will give you eligibility to site CRNE which you have to pass to be able to work as a RN in Canada
