Peedy,
1.) Some course outlines have the chapters listed, and some don't. I guess it's all up to who wrote the lesson plan. Look at the back pages of the course outline to see if the chapters are listed.
2.) I relied on current/former students to inform me on what I needed to do. This worked out well for me. You can always contact your academic advisor as well. I would suggest doing that after your transcripts are showing up as being received. They can then tell you what courses you need/don't need.
3.) I didn't do the workshop, but I did get the video/workbook. There's no getting around using the CPNE study manual if you want to pass. The Yahoo study groups have tons of CPNE study materials that I found to be extremely valuable. I also read as many CPNE experiences as I could, so there would be no surprises once I got there.
Good luck to you! Join those Yahoo groups if you haven't already!
