Spring 2018 CEP

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to start a new thread for questions and/or just conversation about Spr 2018 cep placement -maricopa cc/university.

I'm seriously about to get very bummed out! Still nothing, but maybe a similar situation as you had? Ahh, probably wishful thinking. I guess I'll keep trying.. At this point I'm probably close to being enrolled in the ADN enrollment. I've been on the nursing list for a year (applied in May 2016) while working on finishing CEP pre-reqs.

Honestly, I can't understand it - you posted your HESI and GPA scores, and they were excellent - outstanding, in fact. Plus you have your Associates degree. The who thing doesn't make sense if you don't get in.

Tell me about it. I'm trying to keep positive though. My goal is to work towards CRNA (now transitioning to DNP-A it seems), so in the meantime I just keep working on those pre-reqs. I will have to take them in the future anyways, so might as well take them now while things are fresh. I registered at ASU for bio-chem and will be taking uni-physics at Maricopa. I don't know what happened, but all I can say is no one less than my own intellect got in. In other words, everyone who gets accepted has earned it and are equally qualified as I am. Therefore, I can't be too upset. I'm happy for those who make it, and will keep working at it on my end of things.

I admire your positive outlook. However, I am still perturbed if you don't get in!

Yes I've applied for some scholarships with no luck. Will definitely look into the loans. :) thanks

Hi! I believe right now they are going through everyone's transcripts and creating a plan for you. I received an email through my ASU email two days ago. The email had a plan later out for me with all of the classes I should take each semester and if I needed to get any thing done like send on transcripts. The email also had me sign up for an orientation date.

I have all my transcripts sent in. Now working on financial aid and just waiting for the letter. I was told by my admissions counselor that I can enroll in the needed classes but I kinda wanna wait until I have my financial aid done and the letter in my inbox. I'm so excited!!

Awesome ! Sorry about the duplicate post not sure how that happened! I would add the classes now because it saves your spot and you can always remove them from your schedule. Have you signed up for orientation?What cc are you going to?

I'm doing mcc nights :) hopefully these ASU classes go smoothly have you taken statistics already?

I have taken statistics before so I definitely wanna talk to the academic advisor to make sure the class I took qualifies for ASU statistics credit. I'm a bit nervous about doing the online way just because I know it's a lot of information.
