Hi everyone! I just started the process for January 2016 admissions! Any advice for me? I ordered the TEAS V Study guide and I'm also still taking classes at CCP so I hope that helps me score high. I'm so excited already for next year!

Ah!! Congrats!!! When did you hear?! Ok...now I'm very nervous hah! Did she call you, email, or send a letter, even an s.o.s?! Haha I'll be watching for everything! But that's awesome. I'm just wishing now hopefully hear something end of July/August. Yea I graduate Cna July 29. I really think I'll enjoy it so I'm excited. What program Re you doing?

I only applied to Aria! Sooooo crossing my fingers. I've been wanting to go there since I was a little girl!

I started my application in March/April, took my TEAS and handed everything else in sometime in mid-May. I heard back not too long ago. I received a call, and was told my info will arrive by snail-mail shortly. My CNA program is through Bucks County CC.

I'm crossing my fingers for you folks too! So exciting! :D

Awesome!!!! Are you done the pre reqs already too? I finished my app process March took my teas last sat and got a 63. She said that's ok though and I don't have to take it again. I have a feeling my (hopefully ) acceptance might take longer because my classes won't be done till fall

Wow! Everyone is on a roll! Haha! Waiting is the hard part. I was told sometime about 7/20 I would hear something. Never thought about doing a CNA thing before but I was a surgical dental assistant for a long time so hopefully that looks good. The only thing I have left is my chemistry to finish in the fall. Congrats to you NurseLovelyLocs on getting in! In sure FayFay and myself see you in the spring!!

Can't wait until the end of July! I'll hopefully keep busy in Cna school :bookworm: until then I'll try not to go crazy :nailbiting:...that would be cool to know some people at lease if we all get in lol.

Just about, finishing up my last class now. In the fall I plan on taking several classes to cut down on the Penn State rotations. If everything goes well, I should not have any. My hope is to be complete with the diploma portion in early 2018 (so far away!!!!)

I remember the former admission coordinator saying that they were going to change the course plan so that we would be eligible to sit for the NCLEX in 18 months vs the 2 years, 8 week (or 2 yrs and 10 months depending on what non-nursing classes one has left to take)... not sure if that has been ironed out yet but if so, it would be awesome!

Ugh nothing yet :( but congrats to you!!! Jo did you say you were done your pre reqs? I have three weeks lefts of ap1 then sending my transcripts over. Now I'm getting nervous :(

I called Marie today. She said send her my transcripts when my ap class is over in three weeks and she'll try to get me an early acceptance even though I don't take ap2 and chem until fall. She even remembered me so I feel a bit better . :)

Hi! Yes the only thing I am waiting on is chemistry. I took a prep Chem class and almost had an A in it but unfortunately it didn't count grade wise. I believe they used that grade and the fact that I will have my associates before I enter maybe made me look like a good candidate. Fay I'm sure when you hand in your final transcripts ( even maybe call around midterms just to keep Marie posted with where you are and awesome you are doing couldn't hurt;) they should get you a faster decision. All of my other classes are done like my micro and stats and all of that fun stuff. In sending nothing but good vibes your way my friend!!!
