Are you required to watch videos

Published

We have at least 15 videos to view in this 7 week semester. We have to do it in our own time. I was wondering if this is true in your school as well? I am in my second semester first year.

we have videos during health lab to watch, and if you need to see them again they are available in the computer lab and library, there are optional videos on the CD's in our books and there are a couple scheduled during class time.

We have to watch tapes for skills lab and then when we go to skills lab - we re-learn eveything we just watched in the tape- just live in person.

I am in my second semester and the only video we had to watch so far was a head-toe assessment video. All our demonstrations for skills are done by people (RN's who just work in the lab).

We are required to watch tons of videos as well.:angryfire I was wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase the different medical videos?

Oh and did I mention that, I'm a senior and I will be graduating in June

Yes, when I was taking Fundamentals class, we had to watch numerous videos. I think we had close to 50 videos on various topics that we had to watch on our own time, but during the video center's open hours.

yep...videos, CD Roms, etc. All to be done on our own time. Plus we have to practice a list of skills on our own time at least 4 times each during the quarter. (we have to have the lab instructor sign our practice cards)
