APU ELM Summer 2018

Hi Everyone!

I don't see a thread for prospective students for Azusa Pacific University's ELM program for the Summer 2018 so I decided to start one.

I am Iliana and I submitted my completed application back in May. As the deadline approaches July 1st, I hope we can support each other and update one another as we move through the process of applying, interviewing, and getting admitted!

@Sig_336 Thank you! Those are all points I definitely will touch on, but how did you make that fit in only two pages ? did you double space or single?

Good luck everyone! I am in my second semester in the ELM program at the San Diego campus. It's intense but I really like it. Make sure you make time for yourselves when you're in the program and DON'T compete with others in your cohort. It's not a competition and when you support one another, it's the best way to ensure success for everyone in your cohort.

For those that were accepted into the Summer 2018 cohort, does anyone know the date/time of the orientation. I heard that the orientation is typically 2 days, and we'll all be at the main campus for day 1 and then our prescriptive campus for day 2. Let me know if anyone has heard about the dates?

Hi there! I have been scouring the internet for reviews/experiences of curent APU ELM students without much luck. Can you give some info on how things are going? like class difficulty/clinical experience/teacher experience/amount of down time, etc?
