Applying to the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing?

Hello to all!

I have applied to join class 69 (starting August 2009) of the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing. I sent in the application in March, had my phone interview two weeks ago, and I have my fingers crossed waiting to hear if I have been accepted. I am staying optimistic. Anyone else also waiting for a reply from the school, or anyone who has already heard that they will be attending? Would love to hear from you!

I am family nurse practititoner considering entering the DNP program at Frontier School, I am interested in people's experiences with this program. Thank you.

Hello there! I have also applied for Class 69 of FSMFN! I am soooooo excited to hear from them. I just can't wait! As soon as I hear anything, this site will be my first post! Lets keep each other informed.

Also, where's everyone from? I am from MN. Looking forward VERY MUCH to hearing from other hopeful classmates!

Me too! I called last Friday and they said that they were hoping to send email notification by the end of THIS week. Praying for all of us!!!

On their Facebook page they state "The August and September admission review process should be complete sometime this week and we should start notifying applicants the first of next week!"

Even longer wait...sniff.

I'm in, too!!! But, I wanted class 70 and they gave me 69. CaraLin...want to switch? I called the school and people HAVE done that. Sherri Davis, Registrar, is out until Wednesday, but if you call now and tell her you want to switch....I'll take class 70 and you can take class 69!!! Please let me know. Oops....Caralin....I meant we can call Sheri next week. I really need to do class 70 as I have a 25 year old niece with cancer and need to be here in August. So, going to Kentucky is easier for me in Sept. We can't do any switch until next week when Sheri, the registrar, returns. She will be back next Wedneday...but, anyway, we are in!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:yeah:
