I don't know about Linfield, but PCC told me around May I should hear something. I hope to hear, "We feel compelled to give you a full scholarship. In fact, we insist that you not pay a dime". LOL. Don't think it'll happen though.

Is that to get your interview invite or after interviews are held and them letting you know if you go in or not?
On PCC's nursing page, they say the essays for the top applicants are on April 19th and 20th....I would guess they notify the top people around the end of March.
I got my first letter today! I got in at University of Portland for Spring 2012. It is sad that it will be so much longer until I hear from any other schools. I also applied to OHSU and Linfield's accelerated 2nd degree programs. Didn't apply to any of the community college programs--I want a BSN and didn't want it to take 3 more years. I was also on the edge for PCC (the advisor, who was rude BTW, said I would be on the edge) with I think 57 points, because I don't have a CNA and hadn't finished Bi 233 before fall. I think it's crazy that you get extra points for finishing prereqs early and waiting around for a year, so I only applied to BSN programs. Good luck to everyone! I hope you all get in to your first choices!
Congrats. i am happy for you. What is yoru first choice? My friend did not get into UP. I applied to PCC, Mt hood and Linfiled. I am kind scared b/c CAs did not release my application yet.
We, people who applied in 2011, should get together soon for a drink and make the wait short. It is killing me as well.

For those either receiving acceptance letters or...denial...it would be nice if they could post their points, GPA and health care work history so we can hopefully see a pattern.
I applied to the 2 accelerated programs at OHSU and Linfield, and also PCC. I'm crossing my fingers and I feel like I put my best foot forward this first year of applying! I'm finishing up my last prereq. for Linfield this spring...otherwise I'm all ready to go and look forward to door opening SOON!!! Also liking working as a CNA since February...it's been eye-opening and a great introduction to skilled nursing - working at a rehab. facility in my area.

Just wanted to see if anyone has heard from schools such as PCC, MHCC, and CCC. I know someone last year who heard from schools this upcoming week, but that was last year :S
I haven't heard from MHCC or PCC yet. I know PCC's interviews are in 3 1/2 weeks... MHCC had a lot of power issues and full closures recently and I heard they may be delayed in mailing out letters. I'm anxious too!!!
