Anyone's applied to the UIC fall 2014 BSN program?

January 15 deadline has passed! I am extremely nervous and excited for April 2014 to come. I've been wondering. ..why does UIC take soooo long to make decisions for our applications? I am pretty scared because I did not apply at another University, all my marbles land on this ONE basket. All I can do is hope and pray I get in. Anyone that applied, feel free to post your comments and concerns on this thread. Best of luck to everyone!

Hi everyone! It's the end of March! I hope most of us are on spring break or have had it (mine is next week). Let me know if any of you hear anything/ receive an email/ or check your application status! I know it's still early, but I am excited and nervous :). Hope everyone is enjoying the first couple weeks of spring (albeit, cold haha). :)

Hey all,

So it is down to less than a week before we hear the news we have patiently been waiting for!!! Have any of you guys received any emails after the interview process as to how or who we will hear from about final decision? I am assuming we will find out through the apply uic application. I wish all of you the best of luck. I am super nervous and fingers crossing that everyone who has been chatting on this forum gets in this fall!!!

I haven't heard or received anything, but we should be notified of admission decisions starting Tuesday, April 15! Right, we'll probably have to check our UIC application status and perhaps receive an email too. The admission letter should be mailed out a day or two after initial admission decisions according to their website. Best of luck to everyone during these last few stressful yet exciting days! :)
