Anyone worked at Sunrise Senior Living?

I've never worked @ one, but I went a couple of years ago to a "group interview" @ one of the Sunrise's. I think the buildings are very beautifully laid out, but I did notice a lot of the residents there required total care..some even had private aides..and you will see that a lot in assisted living facilities, I'm warning you now! They also serve the food to the residents, "restaraunt style", meaning they bring all the residents to the dining room and serve up their food as if they were in a restaurant. I think the caregivers were also responsible for clearing the tables and washing the dishes too. Anyways, good luck on your interview!

Good luck! There are two Sunrise Senior Living (centers?) that are near my home and I've considered applying there, if only to save on gas!

misskimberlycna is right..my mom currently works there as a care manager but only in ny & i can say she loves it since she talks about it every single day.The residents get served as if they are in a restaurant.you do have to feed them clear the tables and everything. you do a cnas job as well cleaning and toileting the resident.her hrs r 2-10pm or you can have the option of working 6am-2pm or 10pm-6am..one thing you have 2 b careful of is the the other workers trying 2 take advantage of u..since my mother was new they tried 2 do it 2 her even though she's in her early 40's and has been doing this line of worker for 14 yrs...good luck with everything
