I got an email from a recruiter for care manager positions with Senior Bridge in my area. I've looked at their website & I think it's something I may be interested in. It's not home health care per se, it is more interviewing and documentation. The point is to prevent hospital re-admissions.

Just wondering if anyone can share personal experience with this kind of thing. Thanks!

I am considering a position with SeniorBridge through a recruiting agency called Enterprise Health Staffing but I can't find a website for that company. Has anyone used Enterprise Health Staffing before? Thank you!

I just applied for LPN case manager In West Palm Beach a Humana rep for SeniorBridge called me the same day then she telephone interviewed me the next day. I am awaiting a follow up call from the local office. I sure want this job. Lacie's post sure helped me alot. Thanks for the post

Hello, Thank you for your information on Senior Bridge, it was very helpful. I recently have signed up to become a Care Manager with Senior Bridge however, it is nothing compared to what you are speaking of there is no "on-call" pay, no pay for covered expenses, just a flat rate for the month. Am I missing out on something here ? I would appreciate any more information Thank you

If you were to work as a Case Manager for SeniorBridge How would you be able to take a vacation if you were doing this on your own not through an agency? Liz

I think that would depend upon what your employment relationship is with SeniorBridge or other agency. If you are an employee agency then you get vacation according to the contract your signed.

I am currently an Lpn Care Manager with Seniorbridge in Phoenix. I work through an agency which pays me 25.00 per visit. With travel, phone calls and documentation(none of which you are compensated for) I rarely can get in more than 20 visits per week. While it is very flexible, the amount of hours I put into this job compared to what I would normally make in a more traditional LPN position, is about 50% of what I once made. Just to let you all know if you are considering this job. Not eligible for full time, benefits, or salary in this area. JJmar.

I currently work as a Care Manager for Seniorbridge through Enterprise Health Staffing.

It's considered part-time so it's best to keep a full-time job going unless you can afford to work less hours.

I was hired by Enterprise and I'm paid by Enterprise. However, I do wear a Humana ID when visiting members.

I do have access to a Humana email account for updates from Humana regarding Seniorbridge. The majority of my communication comes through my personal email directly from Enterprise.

There are several layers of supervision/management. The two most immediate, your supervisor and nurse manager, are the ones in communication with you the most. The area manager is also available if you need additional help.

I don't know that Seniorbridge is hiring directly, at least not in my area. From my understanding, the agency handles all the hires to fill the positions for the program.

I've had the position for a month so if you have any questions regarding what the job entails, etc, I'd be happy to answer them (if I'm able). My location is Texas but I believe there are Care Managers all over the US. The pay scale may differ depending on the location and agency that hired you.

Just to let you all know you DO NOT have to register with an agency to be a Care Manager at senior bridges. All you have to do is go directly to the Humana website. There is an email address available on the website. You submit your information requesting to become part of their network. The process is pretty easy and the pay is about twice as much as what the agency is paying.
