I am in the online RN to BSN at Grand Canyon University. I just started , but it seems okay.
I am just worried that any of the on-line schools might be a scam or non of them is accredited....I just don't want to find out it is a scam. Is it quicker to finish school than the traditional in-class program?
I was told this by an RN who was what I call.............a CAREER HEAD. She was concerned with, first and foremost, advanceing her career. If it didnt advance her career in some way shape or form, she DID NOT do it.
She said: "You can go anywhere you please for your ADN. Where you get your BSN and MSN matters though. The more prestegious the school, the more likely you are to advance".
I have no idea if it is true or not, I have ADN and am a couple years from being able to go back for my BSN. But, well, if anyone would know, it'd be her.
I know there are alot of universities that have online programs. I am about to get ready to do my RN-MSN online. I am applying to Texas Tech and Midwestern State Both are accredited.
I have heard good things about the University of South Alabama's online programs.

But I am making a decision if I should keep my job and go for an online B.S.N Program....
Anyone knows which on-line B.S.N. Program is good?
I just don't know which one is good and which one is no good!!!
