Hello all....new here and would like to ask anyone who took the NCLEX-RN for the State of New Hampshire that tried the so called "Pearson Vue Trick"? If you have, can you please share with me your experience with it. Does it work? Has anyone gotten the "pop" up and they had to retake the exam? I took the exam yesterday and have been going nuts since NH BON does not participate in the quick results. Thanks...
don't know if anyone will still read this link, but, I was all prepared to go online to debunk the so called "Pearson Vue Trick", thinking it was a hoax. I felt so horrible taking the RN NCLEX,, I was convinced I failed. Someone told me of this "trick", and I got the "good" message. I still was convinced I failed...but... I passed. The trick seems to be accurate....
I did this in June 2013. I finished my exam around noon, did the PVT around 3, (after telling myself I wouldn't) and got "the good pop up". I still wasn't completely reassured. What I did after this was stalk the nh license verification site https://nhlicenses.nh.gov/MyLicense%20Verification/Search.aspx . As soon as NH processes exams they assign a license number. I found out I officialy passed from this site, much quicker then the NCLEX site.
Has anyone ever taken Nclex in CA and got the good pop up but results haven't posted after 48 hours?
CA rarely posts after 48 hrs. If LVN you will wait 6-8 weeks for a pass/fail letter. Once you pass LVN you must pay BVNPT the licensing fee once that is processed your LVN license will be posted.
It would make sense that the pop up will show,
"Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time."
Because the whole thing is still in progress regardless of you passing or not, I understand that it will not let you pay if you pass.
The questions is, after officially receiving the license, has anybody tried registering for the exam again just to make sure it will not go through because the system will not allow you to if you did pass (surely it will have some sort of algorithm for that, if that was truly the case)?

It's worked for everyone I know, if they could register for another test they failed and if they couldn't they passed! That's how I found out too! Btw I'm in California as well!
