Anyone Still Waiting to Hear?

Published

I applied for an accelerated second-degree BSN program for next fall; I applied the first week of September, so next week will mark 5 months since I applied. I have heard nothing yet, and I am getting so nervous about it. The program only accepts 20 people, so I am really not feeling very confident right now.

Anyone else waiting to hear, and want to keep me company?? :D

Im waiting to hear also! My application was due yesterday but I handed it in mid Jan... I HAND delivered it because I was so nervous about the mail losing it. I wont find out until mid March... the wait is killing me.. My life is kind of on hold right now waiting for the response...:uhoh3::confused:

Yup, I'm waiting as well. February 1st was the last day for applications, but letters don't get mailed until the first week of April. Waiting sucks! Do you guys know what the acceptance rate for your school is? I was curious about mine and was told it's about 50% right now, with a recommended minimum GPA of 3.6 and 80% on the TEAS. Even though I'm above both of these marks, I still get nervous thinking about it since it's the only school I applied to and I don't really have a backup plan.

For the University of Minnesota's entry level masters program (my first choice) their acceptance rate is below 20% :( I applied to a hand full of ADN programs also, but I haven't found stats for their acceptance rates.

At Rutgers University, last year the # of transfers accepted was 30 out of ~800 (I'm a transfer so I only remember the transfer stats). I have a strong app and I submitted it yesterday! Now the wait starts.
