Hi,

Figured I would introduce myself. I start LVN school end of March (dates pending still) in Riverside, CA. I am a MA but have not practiced it for about 10 yrs...worked for Loma Linda Fam Med Group. Really loved it, but pay not up to par. Went back to accounting to survive. With this lovely economy, figured I better make my move and get my LVN. I am very excited to start.

I am not too worried about school...actually very, very excited. I love medical! Just comes easy to me. I do NOT like writing things out...so I gotta get over that for school! I love the idea of clinicals...I love hands on!

I took a friends advice, ordered my RNotes book and also ordered two NCLEX study books. Looking up what we will be tested on later, will help me to pay special attention to that in class. Kinda backwards studying, but works for me! I actually learned some stuff just looking at sample tests and know that will help me in class to do better...heres "hoping!!"

Anyway...I am excited!!
