I need help. I need a Certificate of Good Standing from Saudi. I'm formerly from Jeddah.

There were different posts here but I'm wanting to know anyone here who was able to go through the process of securing one and already received his/her AHPRA papers.

Just send them the proof that u have paid already from alrajhi atm. ask ur saudi friend to call the saudi council everyday from sunday to thursday.. Goodluck! Hope u will receive ur good standing certificate.

Hi, I need help. I know this a little bit off topic, any of you trying to accomplish a license verification for cgfns or in canada? I know that this good standing cert is a part of it but I have no idea of the process. Please PM me if you know something, thanks you.

I already had my certificate of good standing but how Saudi council can send it by mail...what I can do because Singapore Nursing Board only accepting via mail..hope you can help me thanks...

Hi Racqy03, Saudi Council do not send Good standing certificate to other company like in Singapore. If Singapore Nursing Board wants your GCS, you'll be the one to mail it to them.. not the SCFHS.

im new here in allnurses...i am desperately in need of help...i hope somebody would be generous enough to help me..

i am a Filipino nurse both registered in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia... i am about to submit my application for general registration in aphra... but i do have some hesitations whether its complete or is it within their standards... i didnt go for an agency as it would be costly and i am working on this with a tight budget thats why i wanted to make sure...so please fellow nurses enlighten me on what to do...thank you...

Here is what you have to did.

First, you have to register online application for good standing in their website

go to SAUDI COMMISSION FOR HEALTH SPECIALTIES website (click here --> SCFHS) and go to E-SERVICES PORTAL.

on the options, click E-SERVICES LIST, then REGISTRATION

choose REQUEST CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING

then they will ask for your SCFHS Registration Number (it is your Saudi license number. for example: 11JN00***** -- no space or hypen!)

click NEXT, and your name and license information will appear. then you will be asked to enter your VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and mobile number. BE SURE TO GIVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS because they will email your certificate of good standing in this email address! for mobile number, just enter your friend's mobile number (she/he should be currently in saudi arabia or a valid KSA mobile number. anyway its not important, just the email address).... then click NEXT

select GOOD STANDING and then click ADD SERVICE. then click NEXT. a window will appear like this

then click CONFIRM

the price for certificate of good standing is SR 300. copy your account number because you will need it while paying in SADAD payments...

NOW, HOW TO PAY?

FIRST, you must have a friend in Saudi Arabia and ask her/him to pay for it thru Al Rahji/Riyadh bank online ATM.

HERE IS THE PROCESS OF ONLINE PAYMENT

in any Al Rahji or Riyadh online ATM machines, click SADAD PAYMENTS. then they will ask for a 3-digit code.. the code for Saudi Council Health Specialties payments is129. after entering the 129 code, they will ask for the account number. Just enter the account number in your SCFHS registration.

AND NOW YOU ARE DONE! after 24 hours or less, check your email inbox and you will receive your certificate of good standing right away! That's why I am telling you , you have to enter a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS in SCFHS online registration to prevent problems, 300 SR is not a small money!

it is in .pdf format. If you want a hard copy, just print it! SCFHS will not personally send certificate of good standing to you or to your requesting facilities. They will just email it to you, and it is valid!

after i posted regarding my queries, i encountered this portion and thank you so much!!! i contacted the Texas BON and they want the certificate mailed directly to them from Saudi :(

but hoping some nurses did it online and BON of Texas considered it... any one out there who tried online and BON of Texas accepted the printed copy and mailed it to them personally? have a good day! ty

Boards of nursing NEVER accept documents printed by and mailed by a licensing candidate. Too high risk for fraud. Verification always need to be sent in a sealed manner from the certifying source. The only online verification I've seen accepted is US state license verification via Nursys

Please update us if you successfully had your documents processed in SCHS Riyadh by your friend. I will also have to process verification of registration but I am applying for UK-NMC.

hi...i applied for good standing from saudi concil;but after confirmation i came to knew dat my email id was in correct..anybody know after how many days i can apply again........its very urgent..currently i am saudi...still now i didnt pay that 300SR...because of dis email...problem;
