Anyone Only Use Kaplan Qbank and LaCharity PDA and Pass NCLEX??

Published

Has anyone out there passed nclex by just doing Kaplan Q bank and the LaCharity PDA book? I am going through both doing the questions, and reviewing rationales. Anyone do just that and pass NCLEX first try??

BTW my Qbank is 56% and i've done 20% of the questions (but I have been going up in scores!! My first attempt was 49% on 35questions and now I'm at 63% on tests of 35 questions)

Awesome! Did you only use the questions in both as your pharmacology review as well? Or did you use other materials for that? I have the saunders book and may just review the pharmocology chapters of that book as a refresher

Yes I only did the questions. To be honest, I didn't focus much on pharm. I focused a lot of just knowing the drug classes and different endings. There were meds I have never heard of on the NCLEX but I had an idea because I knew what class they were in. Good luck!

Awesome congrats!!!! So you only used the Q bank from Kaplan (not the Q trainers just the 1300Q bank) and Saunders? Thats good to know!

No, I'm sorry. I did the Qbank and the Qtrainers from Kaplan! Sorry for the miscommunication. I used a Saunders book to supplement

Hey ,,not to steer you wrong,, I have did the bank and Kaplan review , and I have failed test 3 times

@Rnluv4lif Can you give me feedback about the bank or the book? Like what did you find benefit of them and the cons? And what are you using now as your references?
