Anyone from Michigan out there??

Just a note to see if anyone is even in my geographical location. It seems that there are less posters from MI as compared to last fall.

Let me know if you are (or maybe applying to MI programs) and how it is going.

I am feeling lonely... Hahaha

I'm in mid-Michigan, working in a busy SICU and starting CRNA school in January. There have been a few posts from people applying to UDMercy and Wayne State, but other than that, it's been quiet. Have you checked out the Michigan topic?

Congrats on acceptance to MSU. I am a MSU grad, live in Lansing, and attend the University of Michigan Flint/Hurley anesthesia program. Good luck.

I graduated from SVSU and use to work at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc in the SICU. I currently work at the Mayo Clinic and got accepted to Saint Mary's University to start in 2008. I am waiting to hear if I was accepted at University of Minnesota. Anyway, it is good to hear from the Michigan people.

Hey Andew! How is school going??? (Skip Here)

I am an ICU float in Lansing, and will be applying this summer to MSU and other schools. Had to retake my sciences as they were all over 7 years old (BOO!) Nothing like 2 years of repeat undergrad work to get to grad school! Yay!

Hey Andrew and Skip, it's Kristin. I got into MSU's Crna program starting Jan 08..sorry I won't be seeing you Andrew but thanks for the encouragement. That stinks about your classes Skip...hang in there.

I worked in Lansing as an ICU float and in surgery but will be quitting my job as of Dec 21 to prepare for school.

CAN't WAIT :lol2:
