If you call the nursing office they're actually really helpful. I'm thinking about applying here since I didn't get into any of the other programs I applied to. You have to send all your transcripts to them, have a counselor fill out a form that verifies that you've taken all the right prerequisites, then turn that into the nursing office. Then you take the TEAS exam and fill out their application. I've heard that they are "first come, first serve" but I don't know if they have a waiting list or what. I've also heard their NCLEX pass rate was low last year, if that means anything. I'd be curious to hear from other LATTC students what they think about the program.
I went there to get info last semester and they seemed disorganised. I was told by another applicant that there was a long wait list. Maybe it's changed by now but not sure. U may want to look at the Nclex pass rates....very dubious. Try Lacc if you want a school in close proximity or Valley college. LA school of allied health and nsg maybe an option also. Good luck 2 u
So I went there today, but only to the counseling office since the nursing office was closed. It is a waitlist, but I don't know how long. Their brochure says that you're also ranked by GPA and TEAS test scores, which is confusing. Once I get further clarification I will let everyone know!
I just got my acceptance letter today for Spring 2011! I'm supposed to RSVP before the end of October, which sucks because I won't hear from LACC, LAVC, or GCC before then. Does anyone know if the program is better or worse than the other Community College programs? I've heard the NCLEX pass rates aren't that great.

Hello Everyone~
I'm in LA and finishing up my last pre-req and getting set to apply for a fall start. I was wondering does anyone on here know much about Los Angeles Trade Tech's RN Program?
Thanks for any info!
Michelle
