Anyone know how many HESI Exit exam versions there are??

Can anyone tell me how many RN HESI exit exam versions there are? I know for sure that there are 4, but I've heard a small percentage say that there is versions 5,6,7. I know my friends that graduated from another schol only had versions 1-4. I know my school has versions 1-4 as well, but I don't know if they have more than that. I also know that they have retest 1-3 and maybe 4, but I'm not sure.

I thought v3 was the hardest, and v4 was the easiest. They are supposed to be weighted equally, but they are not. there were only 9 people who passed the v3 from our class.[/

Unfortunately we are nation's toughest nursing program; also, my school always get hardest hesi versions. It is all for them to keep up their reputation. It kinda sucks.

HESI is really hard, but I know a few people who have passed and they studied Saunders and 3500. It worked for them, but not me

I know.. Ive taken it 3 times and failed all 3.. and im an A/B student...:uhoh21:

I got 887 on the hesi first attempt but did not pass because my school requires 950. I am going to take the next one in couple of days. I am studying and praying hard. Also practicing questions in the Kaplan book.Best of luck every one!

Did you study Kaplan for the 1st Hesi you took?

No I have not used kaplan. I was studying the hesi book from day one. I do not think any single source will help. I can not tell kaplan gave me the that huge hesi score on second attempt. My advice would be read the hesi book inside out. Any tiny bit of it including pictures and tables are so important. Also, do the practice tests no matter which source they are from but hesi CD is a must. All that single attempts which you make will help you, no credict goes to Kaplan or Saunders. Study hard, know your content, simply doing the questions WILL NOT help you. God bless you.

Does anyone know of a school that doesn't have hesi as an exit exam rn or lpn courses. I want to go to a school that doesn't require hesi. Also does anyone know anything about a lawsuit in chicago against hesi

There are 7 versions out there. Each version has 3 versions within itself, so the total is 21.

For example: Version 1a, 1b, 1c

Version 2a, 2b, 2c, etc.

You never know what version your school will give you.

When do you retake hesi and did you know that the second test will be different and each version gets harder as you go. some schools allow you to take the test only 2x and some others allow you to take it more than that but you must remediate the last year of school. I suggest that you try a review course a great one that is geared for the hesi is Mrs. Holly's empowerment review. her website is empowerment.ecrater.com and her hesi review is pretty good everyone I know who took her class passed the hesi and her next class is Aug. 9th or 10th keep checking the website or email the site at [email protected]. Good luck please let me know how things turn out please contact the review site and they can also give you tips on taking the hesi they are pretty nice and helpful. let me know how it works out for you as for myself I will be retaking the hesi in Nov or Dec they don't have an official date set yet.

I wish and pray this time you really stick with the hesi book because that will be the only one thing which may help you in the end. I can guarantee because I successfully passed with the high hesi score. Also do as many questions as possible... Best of luck dear!
