the needles are out of whack, either left or right of the little neutral circle at "zero."
am wondering whether there's a way to get it back to zero/neutral.
i can't find much online about how to do it.
thank you. :)

You can't do this yourself - you need a certain gauge. Better to get a new one.

I've done it before, but it depends on which kind of a manual BP cuff it is. Usually you pull the metal part (the entire circle part that does the measuring) off of the tubing portion. then, you can usually take a small screwdriver (which might have come with it) and place it into the metal portion that the tubing was connected to...you can then calibrate. Hope this helps!

Have biomed calibrate it for you. Or bring it to the manufacturer. This is my best answer as I really have no training in fixing this manual BP. Besides if you try to fix it, some sensitive parts might break down or be more inaccurate than before.
