I know this is'nt Nursing, But I think the two are related in many ways.Since I've seen many other posts that have little to do with Nursing,I didn't think it would be an issue to write this one.So, if you know anything about the feild,( job outlook, salary, etc) please let me know! Thanks!

Yes, mine! He owns the practice and also does pt care. He's been doing PT/OT for over 20 years and loves it. With so many of our elderly surviving strokes and so many younger ones recovering from accidents/reconstruction, I think there will always be a place for it.

occupational therapists
beginning 2007 ms degree will be required for initial licensure, just like physical theraptist's require ...moving to doctorate shortly.
salary $50-60,000 /yr depending on work setting. our homecare ot's make about $45.00/visit and are mostly part time in homecare.
